Brie was the wedding coordinator for my wedding in July of 2023. She was a huge asset and I could not imagine my day without her. One of the biggest strengths was her organization. She had a list of photos that needed to be done and she called out names and kept everything moving. We had a large bridal party and she ensured everything we wanted was captured. She made sure we stayed on top of the time and was able to grab anything we needed throughout the day. She was able to problem solve on the fly. When our caterer was not able to get into the reception venue, as our DJ accidentally took the keys, Brie was able to figure it out, without me knowing, to make sure the DJ went back and opened the doors for the caterer. Brie is extremely personable, but also knows when she has to be firm in situations. Her best interest is always going to be for the bride and groom, even if that means she has to be a little stern, but fair, with other guests. She continued to make sure everything was going alright and that I was enjoying myself. I highly recommend Brie as a wedding coordinator!

Hiring Brie as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. A few weeks before the wedding, she met with me to go through every detail of our timeline, décor, vendors, and vision. The next couple weeks leading up the wedding, Brie stayed in contact with me and I was able to discuss things with her as they came leading up. By the time the wedding day arrived, I felt completely confident that everything was in good hands. She beautifully set up all of our personal décor exactly as we had envisioned. When we had to switch to our rain backup plan, she must of handled everything seamlessly as she executed the entire transition so effortlessly that I never even heard from her that afternoon—I was able to stay present and enjoy every moment without worrying about a single detail. One thing that really stood out was how attentive she was to both of us. After the wedding, my husband mentioned how she regularly checked in with him throughout the evening to make sure he was doing well and to ask if he needed anything. It meant so much that we both felt supported. When an unexpected issue arose with one of our vendors, she stepped in immediately and resolved it before it ever became our problem. That’s exactly what you hope for in a coordinator, and she delivered. Her professionalism, organization, calm demeanor, and attention to detail allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our wedding day. We are so grateful for everything she did and would recommend her without hesitation to any couple looking for someone they can completely trust with their wedding day.
